Haig Park Pickture Festival – One Ticket, Three Screens, A Whole Lotta Fun – March 1-3

Beat Street
Beat Street, Blue Cinema, Sat 2nd March, 7:15pm

For three nights beginning Friday the 1st of March, Haig Park will be transformed into a giant outdoor cinema, through the inaugural Haig Park Pickture Festival presented by City Renewal Authority.

With a central bar area, food and beverage stalls and three cinema screens showing a number of retro-fun classics, Pickture is shaping up to be part film festival, part overgrown video night, and a whole lot of fun.

A part of the official 2019 Enlighten program, Pickture promises to be more fun than highbrow, as evidenced by the eclectic range of fun and cult movies spanning three decades from the 80s through to the 2000s.

Guests can pick their favourite movie and find a seat in the dedicated cinema seating, move between the three cinema screens as they like, or continue to enjoy a drink and a chat at the bar.
